Comments and questions:

It is nice a short movie. My favorite scene is turning over the calendar. It is a good and simple way to express the time passing. Music is also good. It is matches this movie. In final scene, are those your real muscles?! Azumi

Thank you for the comment! The calendar section of the movie was a bit hard to make but I'm happy you understood the time passing idea. Having the calendar stand up for the video shot was hard. The muscles at the final scene weren't real. They were just blankets and pillows. Although I do work out in my spare time. It seems you caught onto the idea of the movie right away! I was wondering, what do Japanese students do for P.E.?
From Asher

I thought this story was so good. Because it was easy to know the story. There was a boy who had nothing to do everyday he developed his muscles by doing exercises. Also the music was match the story.Thank you! Kaori

Dear Asher
Thank you for answering my question. Using blankets and pillows were nice idea!
I have P.E.class once a week. Here at the college, we do not have playground, so we do in a gym. We do various sports. We have done badminton, volleyball with wheelchiar, golf. Playing golf was difficult for me. I could not hit a golf ball. In highschool, we do many kinds of sports. We have both playground and gym. Among boys, the most popular sport is baseball. on the other hand, babminton have popularity amoug girls. Most of highschool students should do long distance running in Winter. (In my highschool, boys run 8 kilometer, girls run 5 killometer) It is was so hard for me.

Dear Azumi
Thanks for another comment! Stuffing the jacket took about one hour. We do various sports too. We have most of the sports you mentioned except for the volleyball with wheelchair. That sounds very interesting. Here at Wilcox Highschool, Badminton is the most popular for boys. Volleyball is the most popular for girls. There is golf for P.E? I think we can do that in college but not in highschool. I've never played golf before. However I have played minigolf before. Is minigolf popular where you live? My friends and I get together once a month to play mini golf. I'm sure you're great at the 5 kilometer run! Good Luck on it next time!

Dear Kaori
I'm glad the story was easy to understand. The story was hard to develop. I thought of about 3 storylines before I chose one of them while I was walking to a store. Exercise was a fun idea because exercise is one of my favorite words in Japanese. I work out when I have free time. Students here at Wilcox Highschool like to do many things in their free time. We like to exercise, read, or play outside. What do students at Kwassui College do in their free time?
From Asher

Dear Asher
Hi, I think exercise is good for your health. Kwassui's girls like to talk in kwassui's restaurant! We talk about our part time job, music, happnings of the day and so on. Out of our school, I like to listen to music ,too! I have a ipod shuffle.I listen to music whrn I go to school in the bus. Do you have any player that you can carry with? I'm looking forward to seeing and talking to you this end of summer!
From Kaori

Dear Kaori
Indeed exercise is a good way to keep your health up. It is also very enjoyable when you do a sport that is fun. Wow, it sounds like a very good time in the Kwassui Restaurant. My friends and I often go to cafe's and hang out and talk there. Music is also a big subject among teenagers in highschool. Almost all my friends have ipods. Myself, I own a Black ipod nano 2G. It is very useful to me. I listen to my ipod when I'm in the car or when I walk to school. Thank you so much for the exchange of comments this past week. I look very forward to talking to you very soon Kaori.

Dear Asher.
Thank you for a comment. I am surprised that badminton is popular among boys!!
In Japan, minigolf is popular among family who has children. When I was pupil, My parents often took me out for minigolf.
But now, I do not do minigolf. I often go bowling with my friends. Actually, I am not good at bowling... Do you like
bowling? Talking of sports, last year, "Billy's boot camp" was really popular in Japan. I did it last summer. It was
really hard!! Have you ever done " Billy's boot camp"??
I am looking forward to talking to you again in fall.
From Azumi

Dear Azumi,
Badminton is definitely a favored sport among boys. It is probably because badminton is like a lightweight version of tennis. I absolutely love going bowling. I go every two weeks or so with my friends. It is a a really good way of passing time. Even though my skill in that area is not very developed. Billy's Boot Camp sounds really interesting. However we don't have that here in America. Is Billy's Boot Camp an event out of school? I look forward to hearing about it when you have time. Thank you so much for the exchange of comments in the past week. I enjoyed your replies very much. I look forward to talk to you again soon.
